Something abusive on a site we host
Phishing, malware, fraud, brand impersonation, private personal information, or child safety. The address is verified against our records before the form opens, so a complaint cannot be filed against a domain we do not serve.

Questions about the terms, a data request under the privacy section, a domain transfer you cannot work out, or an account you can no longer sign into. One mailbox, answered by a person.

It is not a tier you can add to a cart, and it is disclosed in plain words on the free page. We hand invitations out during campaigns and to anyone who asks — write to the mailbox above with the domain you have or plan to register.

- The domain or site address, exactly as it appears.
- What you did, what happened, and when — a UTC timestamp if you have one.
- For a report: the full URL, which policy it breaks, and the evidence you can attach.
- For an account issue: the email on the account. Never send a password.
What we do not have
No phone line, no live chat, no ticket portal, no account manager. Everything above is how you reach this company, and it is enough for a product you can price without asking anyone.
